what i don't support - hype beast.

i was reading the school year book, and i was laughing pretty hard. i cannot remember what the kid's name was but it was hilarious. it was a question of what shoes you'd wear normally. a freshmen said he'd wear NIKE SB's so he can "stand out." i don't know who this kid is, you can say im talking shit, but im not. i just find it so hysterical that he thinks its different. especially if you're living in the bay, its more common than asians with slit eyes. anyways, getting off this tangent. well i wasn't born in the bay area so im not adapted to the style yet. although what i've noticed is that everyone looks the same. its not bad, but i hate how much money they invest into what they wear and call themselves unique. especially when then claim it is their personal preference, but its just another copy of someone else. the reason im frustrated isn't because they all look the same or copy styles, its how greedy they are with money. parents work pretty dang hard to keep a roof over our heads, keep us fed, and accompany us with their presence. i've had a conversation with someone, and they said that they don't care if they lived in a card board box, with no food or anything. she said she'll find a way to get food, as long as she has her family close by, nothing else could stop her. which really made me smile, and makes me wanna share. the most expensive things, or the things that 'everyone' has, these stupid trends, can be limited. it drives me NUTS! please, don't over do the 'rep the bay crap either, it gets annoying. more topics to come.
